These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all services provided by GetBuiltFast ("we", "us", "our"), a trading name. By engaging our services or submitting a project brief, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
All payments are required upfront and in full before work begins. No work will be started, scheduled, or planned until payment has been received and cleared.
Invoices are issued upon project confirmation. Payment must be received within 5 business days of invoice issuance, or the project slot will be released.
Once work has started, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:
No refunds will be issued once a product has been delivered, regardless of the Client's level of satisfaction. Revisions within the agreed scope are included as per the project agreement.
4.1 Every project includes three (3) initial mockup concepts delivered within 20 minutes of project confirmation.
4.2 The Client selects one (1) mockup concept to proceed with.
4.3 One (1) revision round is included at no extra charge. A revision round means the Client may request changes to the selected mockup before development begins.
4.4 Additional revision rounds may be purchased for €99 each, payable before the revision begins.
4.5 Once the Client approves a mockup and payment is received, the project scope is locked. Changes to scope after payment are treated as new project requests.
4.6 GetBuiltFast does not guarantee that the delivered website will match the mockup pixel-for-pixel, but will make best efforts to match the approved design.
The Client is solely responsible for providing all content, copy, images, brand assets, logos, and any other materials required to complete the project. GetBuiltFast is not liable for delays caused by late, incomplete, or missing client-supplied assets.
The Client warrants that all assets and content provided are owned by or licensed to the Client, and do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
The 48-hour delivery clock starts only once both of the following have been received:
Delays caused by incomplete briefs, missing assets, or slow client feedback will extend the delivery timeline accordingly. GetBuiltFast will not be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the Client.
Any work outside the maintenance scope will be quoted and billed separately. Maintenance is billed monthly and may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.
Upon receipt of full payment, the Client receives full ownership of the final deliverable. GetBuiltFast retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
GetBuiltFast's total liability to the Client shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific project in question. GetBuiltFast is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands.
